Can I adjust the bracelet size?
Yes. Most of our bracelets can be adjusted to properly fit your wrist.
For best results, use an appropriate tool or have the adjustment done by a professional.
What movements do you use?
Our watches are equipped with Seiko movements, globally renowned for their reliability and daily precision:
- Automatic (NH series): NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72.

Meca-quartz (VK series): VK61, VK63, VK64.
These robust calibers guarantee flawless operation and easy maintenance.
Are the watches guaranteed?
Yes. Our watches come with a 2-year warranty under the conditions stated in our warranty policy.
Can I remove the Seiko logo?
Possibilities depend on the model and available components. Contact us before ordering to check available options.
I like a watch, but I'd like a different strap or dial. Is that possible?
Depending on component availability, some modifications may be possible. Contact us with your desired model and request.
Where are the watches assembled?
Our watches are assembled and inspected in Switzerland, mainly in our watchmaking workshop in the canton of Bern. In order to reduce lead times, we can also collaborate with partner workshops in Switzerland, particularly in Geneva.
Are you affiliated with Seiko?
No. Prestige-Chronos is an independent brand. Our custom creations are not manufactured, endorsed, or sponsored by Seiko.
Can I customize my own watch?
Yes, absolutely! You can customize your own watch directly using our Configurator, choosing the different elements according to your preferences.
Are the watches waterproof?
The water resistance level depends on the model and the characteristics indicated on its product sheet. Always refer to the specific recommendations for your watch.
I can't find the watch I'm looking for. What should I do?
Contact us with a description or photo of the style you are looking for. We will show you the closest models or possibilities.
What is a Seiko Mod?
A Seiko Mod is a custom watch built from a compatible Seiko movement and selected components to create a specific design.
Do you offer any promotions?
Any promotional offers we may have are announced directly on our website and social media channels.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method. The available information is displayed at the time of your order.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping to destinations available at checkout.
Will I have to pay import taxes or duties in my country?
Depending on your country, taxes, customs duties, or import fees may be applied by local authorities. Unless otherwise specified, these fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
